Sublimation and heat transfer specialists
Two main process lines, run by people who've been on them for years. Foil printing, embossing, lamination, and spray printing are on the floor as supporting capabilities — used where they're genuinely the right fit, not pushed as "we do everything." A dedicated DTG line comes online by end of 2026.

Our Journey
From a rented workshop to a multi-process facility, one investment at a time.
2013.03 - Founded
We started in a rented workshop on Hongqi Avenue, Maqiao, Haining. Small space, tight budget, one process line.
起点在海宁马桥红旗大道62号的一处租赁厂房。空间小，预算紧，一条工艺线。
2016.03 - Foil Printing Line
Our first major capability expansion. Gold and silver foil printing brought us into the premium decoration space.
公司第一次重大产能升级。金箔、银箔烫印能力让我们进入了高端装饰印花的赛道。
2022.08 - New Home
We moved into Haining's Warp-Knit Industrial Park. New facility, fully upgraded equipment, and a deliberate switch to water-based raw materials across the floor.
入驻海宁经编产业园区。新厂房，设备全面升级，全工厂统一切换到水性环保原材料。
2024.09 - Production Floor Extended
We added lamination, spray printing, embossing, and brush printing equipment to the floor — as supporting capabilities behind our two main lines. Most of the time, we don't push these to the front. They're there when an order genuinely needs them.
新增复合、喷花、压花、刷花设备，作为数码升华和热转印两条主营产线背后的支撑能力。大多数时候我们不主推这些设备——只在订单真正用得上的时候，才会调动它们。
2024.11 — OEKO-TEX STEP certified
Earned the OEKO-TEX STEP factory-level certification — a sustainability benchmark recognized by European apparel brands.
获得 OEKO-TEX 颁发的 STEP 工厂级可持续生产认证——这是欧洲服装品牌商在做供应链audit 时最看重的合规背书之一。
2026 → — Phase II: DTG comes online

Color match. Fabric behavior. Finish quality. Shipment timing. If something on your tech pack didn't come out right, the conversation starts with us — not with a debate over whose fault it is.

颜色还原、面料表现、工艺收尾、出货时点——你 tech pack 上的任何一项没有做到，我们不会跟你争论"是谁的错"。我们先认，然后一起解决。

Cotton t-shirts on heat-press technology? Not our best fit — we'll tell you upfront. Volumes above our finishing capacity? We'd rather decline than over-promise. The orders we accept are the orders we can deliver well.
